We understand that you may change your mind once your hair arrives. Never mind, we’ve gotcha! We accept the return and exchange of products within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your product must:
• Unworn
• Be in a good/saleable condition
• Still have any original packaging
• The product should not be changed in any way (for example, cut, washed, coloured)
• For wigs, the lace must NOT be cut or tampered with
• Custom coloured wigs and ponytails cannot be returned

1. Attach clear photo of the product
2. Reason for your return/exchange request.
